Tips to cool off in summer

Summer heat could be quite harmful for the old people and the infants. It could be extremely uncomfortable to other people and productivity of people would be greatly reduced due to the sweltering heat. It is better to stay indoors and avoid the hottest hours during the day. Good ventilation would reduce the heat within the office. All types of sports and recreation activities should be completed either during the early morning hours or in the cool evenings. Direct sun light should be avoided by ladies who are more concerned about their complexion. They could use a sunscreen to protect the moisture on the skin. The garments for summer should be light and should be capable of absorbing sweat easily. Light colored garments should be preferred over dark ones. Drinking adequate fluids during the day and wearing a good sun hat would be practical solutions to keep the heat at bay.
